Looks like Its like the facebook marketplace in Germany.

Found a guy on there with some cool stuff for sale. Went to msg. Need to register. Register via email. Confirm email, now it wants a German or some euro phone number to confirm.

What a pain in the ass.

Are there any spoof ways to get a temp euro number to activate the account?
Back in the day u used to be able to do something with Google hangups or something similar to get a number.

I would just put my phone if not a number from a local place over there.

He might not want to ship either if he didn't put it up on ebay.

I think virtual phone number such as VoIP would work. You sign up with the VoIP providers with German prefix and have them forward the calls to your number. Perfectly legal and cheap too.

There is also eSIM. But German address and ID are required due to fraud laws, except for the data plan.

There is a euro area code prefix already attached so im unable to use my own number. I cannot simply add a random German number as they will probably send a text confirmation to the number I add.
I looked into the esim and found the same result.

How do I go about getting a virtual number over voip?

Try googling using this keywords: "german voip number". It should give you some results including recommendations. I think only Clevver that provides both local number and local address. Others need proof of address.
