Yes, prices have climbed quite a bit. During the early stages of the pandemic would've been the ideal time to buy. Looking into it further, I'm amazed at the property taxes you pay here. Hawaii has some crazy state taxes/fees for secondary residence owners.

I think inflation is jumping high atm due to instability in middle east and Europe. But oil money should be pouring in maybe around summer so I think the economy will pick up the pace at the end of the year. Hard to invest when everything is volatile atm.

That is hot! Thanks for sharing! Looks like he is having a good time. Can't beat the weather at this time of the year. Lambo spotting, shopping, peach blossoms, and tons of other fun stuffs to do.
