What is he shopping for? Aventador?
If the transaction amount is small, there is still a decent chance of getting your money back. But for higher value items (like > $1k), I would never rely on the credit card company again. I learned the hard way that they can be completely powerless when the seller and their merchant processor work together and conspire to protect themselves. They simply create or modify terms after the sale and use that to reject the chargeback.
I will never again prepay large amounts for overseas purchases. Especially from countries that are known for high levels of online fraud like India, Pakistan, Myanmar, Nigeria, China. Once the money is gone, it is almost impossible to recover.
How about Italy, is it safe? I just bought a watch directly from Tonino a day ago so that should be okay.
Amazon for me is the safest. Ebay has always been a hit or miss. A CC payment through paypal is not a customer satisfaction guarantee.
Got a little surprise gift from the wife today…

Perfect for our newly built little wine and bubble cabin under the stairs in the house.![]()
I have actually had it - but that was probably some 10 years ago. It was ok, but also a bit blendVery nice. Now you need Tonino's perfume. I've seen them a couple times locally but I didn't buy it as there is no demo to smell it.
Just got these today. Original Gallardo GT3 Brochures. Probably not rare, but over 10 years old. Both from Reiter Engineering.

Pretty cool. I thought that was an STO at first glance. Probably cause they were on my mind since I was just reading through Luzifer's STO thread...Just got these today. Original Gallardo GT3 Brochures. Probably not rare, but over 10 years old. Both from Reiter Engineering.

They do make re=pro kits that look and fit pretty good. Insane expensive, and they come from overseas somewhere (poland maybe?) so shipping is nuts too.GT3's look so damn good.
Do you know if these body kits are reproduced? I don't think anyone has installed an aftermarket kit. All I see are those who put an LP bumper to a pre LP car.
