Hey guys! I'm seasoned forum veteran, dating back to my Nokia N-Gage days in mid 2000s, to then Sony PSP and eventually car forums when I was old enough to drive in 2006, via Saabcentral, Saablink, GTOForum and then started doing local things in Massachusetts with local sports car club Yuppieracing. Then I moved to Arizona in 2018 and launched PHXDriven, a local supercar club. In the meantime I became a partner at Nagengast, a company based in Poland rebuilding magnetic ride shocks, which transformed me from an R8Talk forum member to a sponsor.

And as I learned today, I'm not appreciated at Lamborghini-Talk so I saw @Luzifer's signature and made it here.

I have a 2012 MP4-12c and 2021 R8, so not exactly a Lambo but unfortunately I will never own one due to my tall size. Maybe Revuelto one day, though! Those can fit a tall dude quite alright!

Cheers from Sao Paulo! My last day here before heading back to Scottsdale for the Arizona Car Week. If any of you guys are at Barrett-Jackson - holla!

Welcome to the forum, and enjoy!
It's a small community with no corporation BS.

About those shocks rebuild I'll be sending them there when they leak but I hope it's not for a very long time.

Welcome to the forum!

The last time I went to Scottsdale was about 25 years ago. Visiting a friend who was a premed student at nearby Tempe. All I remember is that the city was huge, the air was dry, and there were cactuses everywhere. I also remember accidentally eating burgers with a side of sand and standing there completely perplexed while people were dancing macarena. I am sure things have changed a lot since then :)

Pretty accurate! Also as I recently learned the root cause of my major hangovers in Scottsdale - turns out humidity heals all the problems.

Ordering a humidifier for my bedroom for when I arrive back home tomorrow.

Thank you! This would have been before my time in America as I moved here in 2006. That’s such a cool story though, have you been involved with any other designs that any of us could have been exposed to over the years?

Wow, did you work at Nokia before designing the wall bracket?

A friend of mine worked at the Austin plant back in the 1995s assembling the 2190. Graduated electrical engineering.

Actually.....I've been involved in a lot of retail type programs you are familiar with. Some of the more notable ones:
PS3, and PS4 stand alone Kiosks (Gamestop, Best Buy, etc). For PS5 we only designed the controller holder clamp, another firm got the kiosk.
Late 2000's I designed the remodel for the Virgin Megastore in Times Square
I've designed several Generations of the Microsoft tables at Best Buy
I designed the Dealership pylons for Chrysler, they were mostly black with the Jeep/dodge/ram logos. Some had display cases or lighting
This was REALLY short lived, but I designed the showroom fixtures for the original Fisker dealerships

No, I work at a mechanical design firm (contract engineering/design) and we get hired by a lot of different marketing companies that handle the customer side for companies like nokia/apple/ford/microsoft/etc etc.
