Only thing I can think of was a bulge in the sidewall?

I read he was overtaking another car, maybe he spun out with too much throttle, being a 2WD car?

They said it was caused by a blown tire, but I doubt they could pinpoint the exact cause because the car was in flames. I bet the rubbers were melted.

They could probably pull out the codes if the memory board is still intact after fire.

With esc on, I think it would be hard for RWD to spun out. I mean it is doable but it only spin out so much until the esc takes over. I suppose the esc would have to be off or the tires would need to blow or the driver would need to be very drunk. The news channel are starting to blame on the car reliability like recalls. One news site mistakenly blamed the safety feature of the scissor door even though Huracan has none :)
