I can take one in pure gold :)

I had a large one made for me years ago in steel. It was about 50 cm wide. I then had it anodized locally in gold color. The steel emblem itself was only a few hundred bucks, and the anodizing cost a few hundred more.

Do you still have your gold plated crest?

The first 2 on the right are from ali express, the one with automobili is from the dealer.

I think I still have that key chain tucked away with the others. The big emblem is hanged inside my snap on cabinet :) I could not use the metal ones as key chain because I do not like them knocking against the fob and scratching things. The two fobs I have are kept in a leather cover and a leather pouch. I carry the one with the leather cover more often because it is small enough to fit in my pocket.

Does anyone have the scale model that came with their car? I'm not the original owner of my Perf, so I don't have mine. I can't find a black replica model anywhere. I did receive an Autoart 1/12 scale Huracan LP 610-4 model as a gift a couple years ago. I've been looking to get a Performante one as well, just wish they made them in black.

I don't think the first year of the Huracan production people got a model. After that not everyone received a model either Lambo never shipped it, or they got stolen during transit or dealers stealing them too.

The manufacturer of the 1 : 18 scale for Lamborghini is MR Collection. Also take note the models do not reflect the exact spec of the actual car the owner ordered.

1 : 12 AutoArt Performante are only available in orange, blue and purple. If you have patience you could always paint it. If not I'm sure you will find other brands in 1/18 scale in black.

I have an 1:18 MR Collection LP610-4 in Borealis, it's limited edition of 99 but it is unknown if there were 99 orange ones or it includes other colors. I never seen another orange for sale in the last 5 years.

Speaking of memorabilia I received patches(2 each) in two sizes. I replaced the one I had on my jacket with the smaller one in the picture which is a little larger than the one I had. Immediately a server behind the counter at the restaurant asked me if I drove a Lambo. Then at a Chinese/Thai store the owner asked if I had one and I said yes. He replied the Huracan was his dream car, he also said he had a Porsche 911. When I go back in the spring I'll see if he wants to go out for a drive.

I was thinking to put the big patch on the back of my jacket but it's too tacky, I'll save it for a t-shirt or something.

They look high quality. Did you find an actual Lamborghini jacket or did you just add patches to a regular jacket? I don't own any clothing/hats of any automotive brand at the moment. But I would hate having to talk to a stranger about Lamborghini's everytime someone notices. It's likely followed by the infamous "what do you do for a living?" question once they find out you have one.

It's bad enough having those random conversations at the gas pump. My fav is I once got asked if I won the car in a contest (I'm on the younger side for Lamborghini ownership). The guy was just dumbfounded and wanted to know how I acquired the car and how much it cost (another question I hate).

How do other owners answer these questions?

That’s a terrific idea. I have a plain oversized leather jacket that I’ve worn maybe once in three years. It looks pretty boring as it is, so I’m thinking of adding a few patches to decorate it. Probably on the shoulders and sleeves.

I avoid gas stations where you have to pump it yourself. Here, some stations still have attendants who fill the gas tank for you, and I only go to those.

I live in a farming area, and a couple of farmers seem quite jealous. They don’t show it through their actions, but when I talk to them, I can sense it. They’ll say, ā€œVery cool car,ā€ and then add, ā€œIt’s pretty old, right?ā€ I mean, I can afford a new one, but why would I buy one when mine still runs like new? I usually just reply, ā€œYes, it’s old, and new ones are expensive,ā€ to keep their egos happy. The best when dealing with jealousy is to play it down and just brush it off.

That's a smart way to approach it. Most people are excited to see the car, but there's always those types that are negative and come across as jealous and resentful. I remember once when I went inside to pay for fuel at a gas station the clerk behind the counter said "nice lambo, is that an Aventador?". When I explained no it's a Huracan he said something like "oh too bad, I thought it was a V12" and then he basically dismissed it as if it was a corolla. So it seems no matter what you drive, you'll experience this type of response from a small segment of the population.

Both of my jackets and hats are not official. The official stuff would never fit me and what they do have is fluorescent hunting orange. I was super lucky to find the jackets online, like winning the lottery to find this winter jacket stuffed with alpaca wool and one spring/fall jacket that fit me perfectly in the proper color and style I like. I bought spares too! Well I usually buy spare clothes because it's so damn hard to find strongman sizes. I searched high and low and ordered many baseball caps to find a good match and all patches I sewed by hand. These new patches look like high quality and I'll see how they fare.

Trying to find aftermarket Lambo shirts is next to impossible, last summer one shirt I really wanted I had to buy 2 and have a seamstress cut them up to make one shirt.

In general very few people will talk to me, they might say a comment or ask a quick question, the most popular "what do you do for a living" or "how much does it cost". If I'm not by the car no one tries to go into a conversation except these 2 rare events with the jacket. It doesn't bother me, I'm just proud and happy to achieve a goal that I never thought was possible. One guy I think was Lambo2018 said something along the lines, we are ambassadors of the brand, be polite. I got a few A-hole comments but that's okay I deal with the public on a daily basis and I know going out for a ride will clear my mind from the Bull $hit.

You might be interested in these 2 threads dealing with people. I have a few prepared lines when they ask what I do for a living, I was asked over 20 times last year. I usually tell them I own a cemetery and I ask them if they want an appointment to select a casket. You know you can't choose a nice one once your dead! Sometimes I reply, "I prefer not to say", or some people I actually tell them what I actually do. Even when I told them what I do, they find it very unglamorous and I know 99% of them wouldn't have the discipline to do dirty jobs with clients throwing insults or tantrums on a regular basis. Maybe some ask this question hoping you are a star, so they can tell their friends. Hey I talked to Brad Pitt today and he was in a Lambo!

Now that I'm single you bet this summer when women approach to say "nice car" or "this is my dream car", I will strike a conversation with them. I won't do this next one but it would be funny to put a sign in the window at car shows "looking for a female co-pilot). :)

I do like Lamborghini accessories. I bought a starter kit full of various products and my car came with a V10 plaque. I also bought a Lambo flashlight that plugs into the cigarette lighter :)

Also, we now have an Olympic athlete AND a strongman on this forum...I feel blessed to be here haha.

What's your super power?

Are you going to use the cleaning products from the kit or for collection purposes only?

About the V10 plaque it's really cool, I was thinking last week to buy one to put it with my 1/8 scale model.

Hmm let's see, I have so many it's tough to narrow it down... probably my ability to convince people I'm a lot smarter than I really am šŸ˜‰

As for the cleaning products, I've been using them. The glass cleaner works really well as does the Alcantara cleaner. It's very similar to Sonax. And the biggest surprise was the "car fragrance" I didn't even realize Lambo made such a product.
