I would never trust a dealer even with a contract. Honesty over here doesn't happen.

A funny thing, when I was driving with the skeleton a man and his son probably less than 12 years old, I heard the father say to his son it's a Maclaren. The kid exclaimed no it's a Lambo!

I noticed young most kids know their supercars but most adults have no clue what brand it is. So many guys and older men ask what the car is and when I say the brand they have zero recognition to the brand! I bet most don't even know what Lamborghini is.
That's funny. On Halloween as we were giving out candy I had the garage open. A dad said you have the Ferrari that I see all the time driving down the street. Before I could correct him his 10 year old said dad it's a Lambo. Kid got a hot wheel from the frunk for that comment.

I'm sure you can negotiate another 30k down. And if the gear and trans PPI comes out reasonable then why not. Still risky but life is boring without a little risk. Make sure you drive and rev the AV pass your ex gf house :)

I highly doubt I can bring the price down, over here it is notoriously difficult to negotiate. When I tried to buy a C7, two dealers refused a single dollar off and insulting me in the process. A third chevy dealer never gave me the price of the car after spending a half hour asking what the price was, I walked out tired of the scam tactic. My current C7 was on consignment, I got only a $1000 off even after trying. He finally conceded because the tires were worn out but the dealer claimed they were good.

About the PPI I'm very skeptical with the fake report I got for the H I was looking to buy. Even the car I own I didn't trust having one and I took the right decision because I spoke to the last owner, they assured him all the maintenance was done but when I did the maintenance I had proof they lied to him. This time I would take 2 days off and be present at the PPI right beside the mechanic and do my own inspection. I should try to see if I can get a provincial insurance report on the car.

When I shopped for an H I quickly realized without taking the belly panels off or putting the car on a lift it's impossible to have a proper idea of the condition.

I'm a little weary this may be "too good to be true", especially with the common failures of transmissions. The Huracan is such a solid platform and I love mine. At this time of year I also doubt they'd let me drive it if snow is on the ground.

Don't worry about getting insulted by dealers etc. I always laugh at these people for being unprofessional. These people have inferiority complex issues and with that attitude they will never be successful in life. I once got yelled at by a manager of a used car dealer for having "no common sense" when I tried to shop for a used Toyota. I ended up buying new from other dealers. Few years ago the dealer closed down which proved my point.

If the car had a minor accident, you can press for more because I'm sure nobody would touch it. Dealer would only buy that kind of car at a very reduced rate.

I think staying during PPI and inspecting the car yourself is a very good idea. Test drive is a must IMO since it involves a lot of money.

@Rampante21 What do you think of the Aventador in Arancio Atlas LP700-4, if you had the choice would you buy one?

Tough choice. Im not sure….
V12 and flagships one thing but ease of use is another…
My thoughts exactly, I received all the paperwork for the car, the spec list which they didn't have but I insisted they try to get it and they did. I also got pictures of the damage and repair bill. I was able to tally the msrp when it was built.

There isn't easy info if its reliable like athe H and are the parts so much more expensive than the H? I did find some tips, the belt pulleys are plastic and guaranteed to explode. They make steel aftermarket bearings for it. Next the rear shocks are prone to leak.

I need to go see in person first of all if I can fit in it. They probably won't let me drive it as there might be snow. I will not buy if I can't test this one.

The flagship would be extremely cool but if it's a money pit absolutely not. I love my Huracan, it's exactly the spec I wanted, the cruise control would be nice but it wasn't available the first year of production.

How did it go?

I won't go into full details right now, later on I will but the guys in the office were impressed with the pastries. However it's a consignment car.

It's a beautiful car, it's gorgeous. I thought arancio atlas would be a darker orange but no, it's almost borealis. The shade is in between Borealis of the LP610 and the Borealis Tecnica. the shape is more impressive in person, I don't like the front end and rear end looks a little tame from viewing it on the net but in person it has angles and depth with look a lot better.

The interior is extremely bland to me compared to my colorful H's interior. I actually can get in this one, I put the adjustment all the way to the floor and backed up all the way. It is not easy getting in or out. The threshold is very high compared to the H. The problem thought the seat(buttocks) is too small and my left leg is on top of the bolster. The Huracan seat is wider and it's one of the few cars it's wide enough and comfortable.

I took it for a drive around the block so I wasn't able to go fast, it's a car for parading, a rolling piece of art as many say, Literally. It's not a "race"car like the H, it's not as quick, not as nimble, the upshifts are like a sluggish lurch in the lower rpm band. The H is bang bang bang in upshifts we are going to the moon! The cold start from the A is awesome but once warmed up a bit with windows up the engine noise is for the spectators outside, not much inside the car. Almost no crackles and pop compared to the H. It is not enjoyable in traffic too much because it acts like old single clutch cars. The H is very nimble and instantly quick like a scalpel.

Him and a shop made a 124K insurance claim to replace several parts. There was a punch through the rear bumper and a scratch on the exhaust trim. All they did was put body filler in the hole, which were done by a kindergarten student learning to finger paint. repaired nothing else. He pocketed the full amount. Like you say Luzifer is going to grill him on the coals from hell's furnace!

I'll continue this post later on I have a client this saturday morning.

For comparison of the awesome H interior, If I buy this car I'm going to reupholster like the H.

Unlike the Huracan you have turn and windshield wiper stalks, it's weird with the paddle shifter in the way. The more I think of it, this car is old school because of the single clutch egear, the AC compressor run on PTO(power take off) shaft from the engine and the bizarre stalks. the Huracan is a higher level of modern technology.

What do you mean with ”The shade is in between Borealis of the LP610 and the Borealis Tecnica”?

Although the color of the 610-4 and tecnica have the same name arancio borealis they do not share the same paint code. The 610 has hues of golden honey vs the tecnica with more metallic/pearl which makes it appear a shade darker orange.

Atlas in my opinion is a tint in between.

Just an example of what I mean from an image I found on the net :

#13 borealis (610-4)
#12 atlas
#11 borealis (tecnica)
