After many years desiring this model I was reluctant to purchase it because of the extremely high price tag since it was produced in 2015 and since then people have been sitting on them for years, a full decade later they are reselling them at 2-5x the cost.
I finally pulled the trigger. When the delivery guy took it out of the side door of the van I was shocked it was almost too big to get out! The exterior box was huge, I had to bring it sideways to get it inside the door frame! It will be the biggest most detailed model I'll ever do, a 1/8 scale Huracan from Pocher which contains 958 pieces. I will need to paint it to the appropriate borealis color. Sorry @Goose81 it will not remain green.
The exterior paint is going to be challenging, I had the paint shop prepare a real batch of the paint. A tricoat procedure which means a specific colored primer, an orange base coat, then +-4 pearl coats and then a clear coat!

Here's what to expect compared to a 1/18 scale model! (picture taken from the net)
