I've been purchasing tools I couldn't really afford in the past plus the H requires so many uncommon sockets, wrenches and other tools. I always buy them on sale, if I think it'll come handy it goes into the cart. Contrary to what many think Aliexpress also has good tools, you just have to know your stuff.
Good to know mechanic that knows their stuffs. What tools that you use often?
Do you mean brands that I use often? If so it's a wide range it would be useless to list.
When Apple came on to the market, their closed system made it impossible for many programs to operate on. I'm in design and almost exclusively use a CAD program called SolidWorks. The only way to run Solidworks in the past on an apple was to modify it to boot in windows. Something I didn't want to deal with. Since I had a PC instead of a Mac, I also avoided the iphone and all other iproducts.yes, i know its an old thread but i always wonder why folks choose non Apple when buying a laptop / desktop, etc. Way back when I used to do Dell laptops, etc, I would get all those stinking bugs, scripts, viruses, whatever and the machine would run so unbelievably slow that it would be in the trash in a year or two. Since going to Mac, its been completely the opposite. I had a 2012 Mac desktop that still worked reasonably well, and we just replaced it with a newer 2021 Mac a few months ago that I hope will last 10+yrs. Are the newer non-Apple products much better, too, and dont get all screwy with age?
